Tim Cash, President and CEO
Timothy Cash has two decades of experience in providing security and investigative solutions to a variety of clients. Tim joined the Marine Corps right out of high school. When he returned home, he entered law enforcement where he attended various courses with a focus on special operations and community relations.
After five years full time, Tim gave into his desire to be an entrepreneur and started his first company providing personal security. Post 9-11, he went on to complete contracts with the newly formed Transportation Security Administration as a master instructor in checked baggage screening. He supervised 25 instructors and assisted in the training of over 25,000 TSA Screeners.
In 2004, Tim deployed to Baghdad in support of the War on Terror. He was assigned to the US Ambassador’s Protection Detail at the US Embassy in Iraq. Tim quickly rose through the ranks serving as a tactical commander, shift leader, and finally senior detail leader over all of Central Iraq with roughly 320 personal protection specialists and various support elements working with him.
Upon returning home, Tim identified a deficiency in the training of private security and aligned himself with Seminole Community College to offer training at their facilities. Tim created several courses designed to create maximum effectiveness using a minimum training budget.
In 2008, Tim returned to the operations side of the house and Executive Solutions Worldwide (ESW) was born. ESW was created to provide high-end investigative and protective solutions to discerning clients. Based in Central and South Florida ESW has quickly developed a solid client base with global connections.
Tim has authored several articles in trade publications and has spoken at regional meetings for the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators and the American Society of Industrial Security Specialists. He holds instructor credentials in several disciplines and is a State of Florida licensed firearms and security instructor. He is a member of the Florida SWAT Association, International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors, National Tactical Officer’s Association, Florida Association of Licensed Investigators, National Rifle Association, and the American Society of Industrial Security Specialists.
Cynterra Lezotte, Vice President of Operations
Cynterra Lezotte is Executive Solutions Worldwide’s (ESW) Vice President of Operations, with responsibility for the company’s Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Government and Community Relations. She is responsible for positioning ESW’s growth strategy, cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets and growing demand for ESW’s solutions globally.
Cynterra started out in property management and later moved into luxury real estate sales. Over 15 years of experience in marketing as well as asset and client management has made her an invaluable addition to ESW’s team. Her development of CLC Luxury Management, which is quickly becoming a premier travel agency, further facilitates ESW’s ability to leave no request unanswered. We are now able to fulfill all of our client’s unique travel and lodging requests in-house, keeping the discretion they require.
Pierre Saint Remy, Vice President of Special Projects
Pierre has over eighteen years’ experience in the international arena. He has operated in semi-permissive environments providing intelligence and protection solutions to a wide client base ranging from governments to high-net-worth individuals. He has designed and implemented extensive security management and threat mitigation plans. Pierre has also conducted covert and overt surveillance and protective surveillance operations. Prior to coming on board with Executive Solutions he owned and operated Sigma Security Group based in Haiti and the Dominican Republic providing intelligence and security operations. Additionally, he was an instrumental Team Leader during Hurricane Response Operations on the Island of Dominica providing security to critical infrastructure post disaster.
He is highly skilled in investigations, surveillance, counter surveillance, executive protection, high threat protection, and critical incident management. He is currently a POST and NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, Emergency Vehicle Operators Course Instructor (EVOC), Basic Life Support Certified, and is fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole. Pierre is a graduate of Executive Security International’s High Risk Security Operations Course, AS Solutions Covert Protection Advance Level’s 1 and 2, Maritime Protection Services under the U.S. Coast Guard, Maritime Security Specialist with the Florida Institute of Technology. and ATAB’s Antiterrorism Specialist Course.
Pierre is currently based out of our Miami Office handling all of South Florida as well as the Caribbean area of operations.
B.A., Vice President of Special Operations
BA is a U.S. Navy Veteran with over fourteen years of combined Special Operations, Federal, and Civilian experience across an extensive range of international and dynamic operational environments. He graduated from Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL Training in 1997. He went on to complete Special Operations Combat Medic, Dignitary Protection, Force Protection, language proficiency, and various other special operations courses.
He has provided physical security as well as surveillance detection for federal clients in the DC area. He has worked extensively with the US Secret Service, FBI, and the Capital Hill Counter Surveillance Unit.
He currently manages various special operations projects for Executive Solutions in the Middle East and Latin America. Additionally, he spearheads the Maritime Security Projects Division by creating and delivering maritime security courses as well as operational security assessments for ports, oil platforms, and vessels.
Brian Steenson, Vice President of Surveillance Operations
Mr. Steenson is a U.S. Army Veteran with extensive experience in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Operations. He served in Iraq from 2007-2009 flying hundreds of missions in support of combat operations. After leaving the Army he returned as a UAV pilot and maintainer with a private company in support of Joint Operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
